I started some weeks ago and I´m really happy to learn Arabic with Arabic in Cairo. Kind teachers, great environment and the chance to adapt classes to oneself

I spent one incredible month at Arab Academy (Sept) and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn/improve their Arabic! Their approach to teaching is highly effective with the way they rotate teachers every hour (vocabulary, listening, reading, speaking.) This way you are exposed to other styles of teaching, patterns of speaking, etc. I have studied other languages before and found this approach to be very beneficial! I added the Cultural Excursions component to my teaching and so three times/week, I was able to visit famous sites (pyramids, mosques, museums) in Cairo with my teachers. During this time, I developed strong friendships, learned about the Egyptian culture and improved my Arabic simultaneously. I spent seven magical weeks total in Egypt and felt completely safe as a solo American female traveler. (Don't believe everything the media tells you! :) The Arabic I learned truly helped me throughout my travels in Egypt as I was able to speak with cab drivers, at restau...

I would like to share my personal experience with this Academy. I was doing everything by myself without aid of other parties who bring together students and schools abroad. During this not easy time of Corona Virus, it’s quite complicated to just leave everything and move abroad to learn other language and immerse into different culture. I was monitoring Arab Academy’s website day and night, I was afraid there will be any changes due to worldwide pandemic. I was texting and emailing to the Academy almost every single day and every time I got the answer. I didn’t pay in advance for classes, so don’t you worry. When you arrive, you come and pay either in EGP or US dollars. Once again, yes, I know how scary it is if all flights are cancelled, or school is closed due to virus. This Academy made sure that you and your savings are safe and sound 😀 According to my visa, I could only afford 4 weeks intensive course (4 h per day) for 770 US dollars. You might tell me that’s exy, sure, it i...
